The new production is presented at Pharmtech & Ingredients 2021
From 23 to 26 November, the International exhibition of equipment, raw materials, and technologies for pharmaceutical production Pharmtech &Ingredients will take place in Moscow.
„MILK“ Packaging factory“ will introduce the new production site — the second production site of the enterprise that will be put into operation in autumn.
More than 200 m2 of rooms on the new production site are clean rooms. The pharmaceutical package will be manufactured under special conditions under worldwide standards GMP and ISO15378; this confirms the quality of the blister foil.
„MILK“ Packaging factory“ has been manufacturing the package for 20 years; during this time, our company has tested printing machines made by a dozen of Russian and foreign manufacturers. The experience of our experts has shown the suitable equipment, and it is manufactured for us against the special order in Europe; 3 printing machines MPS (Netherlands) are already installed.
Peculiarities of printing blister foil at the „MILK“ Packaging factory“:
- 100% quality of printing. Each machine is equipped with an automatic control system that excludes any risks.
- Printing using UV paints that accurately reproduce the design of the medicament package.
- The production volume is 135 tons of blister foil with printing per month. The high tempo makes it possible to fulfill the order promptly.
For the production of the pharmaceutical package, we use not only proven European equipment but also raw materials. The foil supplier is Aluberg Company, and the products of this company have been manufactured under FDA standards and certified under GMP; this confirms the quality and safety. Especially for manufacturing blister foil, we purchase raw materials in Italy, and then we print by ourselves in the clean room. Processes are controlled by employees of the quality division, starting with the incoming inspection of raw materials. At the laboratory, the incoming material is checked to determine the correspondence with requirements for the package: thickness, strength limit, presence of foreign inclusions, etc. — defects are excluded in the early stage.
After printing, the blister foil is also tested at any volume order. Even at the minimum order starting with 5 kg, the quality and the safety of the package are guaranteed.
