DairyTech 2022: special action by „Milk“ and „Profiteks“.

From 25 to 27 January, the anniversary 20th exhibition for manufacturing milk and milk products DairyTech will take place in Moscow. These days, the „MILK“ Packaging factory“ will present its products at the stand of our partner – „Profiteks“ machined-building plant.

This time, our company will emphasize two products: PET sealing lid and printing transient information on the package. Sealing lids made of PET are a worthy competition for lids made of foil. Gradually, they begin to conquer the Russian market.

„Currently, most of the customers that purchase the PET sealing lid are foreign companies, - the commercial director of the „Present upakovka“ LLC Sergey Kochetov is telling. – For example, a factory from Kenia, one of the three largest manufacturers of milk products, is ordering lids made of PET for more than 4 years already. In this period, they expanded their assortment by several times using different options: a transparent sealing lid, through that the buyer sees the product already on the shelf of the shop; a lid on a white base thanks to which the package gains bright, deep colors. In addition, several Russian companies have already preferred our product innovation“.

PET lids are safe and ecological; they are suitable for any product, and it is hardly possible to break them. As a result, you obtain high-quality packaging and soldering without any loss in the capacity — up to 2 000 doses/hour.

The question of marking dairy products is sensitive up to now. We print Data Matrix codes using the modern equipment – Domino implemented integrated into each printing machine. Thanks to Domino, readability is guaranteed even in the case of printing codes with small dimensions. The equipment also makes it possible to control the printing quality in online mode; this makes it possible to exclude situations when the code is missing.
