Regardless of what product line machinery you have, MILK laminated foil optimally fits it. We provide several spool diameters including the most popular 76 and 152 mm. You can also specify the exact size of sheet and any other custom parameters.
Does not tear on the line
The thickness of the laminated foil of 12-15 µm coupled with the multilayer composition of the wrapper makes it extra tear resistant on the production line. Neither feeding the laminated foil to the product dispenser, nor folding it after with the product inside will ever lead to tears and stopped production.

Thanks to contemporary equipment at the MILK factory, we are able to deliver uniform sizes and colors not only within one lot, but across multiple lots too. This means you always get the same excellent quality no matter the complexity and volume of your order.
The 4-layer structure of the wrap foil makes it suitable for packing any semisolid product: butter, margarine, spread, soft and whizzed cheese, quark, ice cream and so on. Thanks to the paper layer the wrapper well holds its shape providing excellent customer experience as well as neat appearance on the shelf. Plus, the wrap can be heat-sealed if necessary
Aluminum foil by itself is a superior barrier against many hazardous factors. But it is combination of double polyethylene and aluminum – or a polyfoil – that makes MILK butterwrap packaging extra safe. With firm protection from UV-light, external bacteria and fungi contamination, your products stay fresh longer than ever.
The inner polyethylene coating provides grease resistance to the wrapper for easy opening and applying the product. At the same time, this layer does not hinder air flow, so the product keeps ‘breathing’ and does not fall victim to mold stains due to excessive moisture. The second layer of polyethylene prevents contamination of the product from the outside.
The paper layer of the butterwrap packaging bestows extra durability onto the laminated foil. Thanks to cellulose fibers the packaging displays high tear and puncture resistance, which means easier opening of the package and almost zero transportation losses. And thanks to PE coating, the contents do not stick to the wrapper
With its fill-color quality printing, MILK’s laminated foil can embody virtually any marketing plan you may have. For premium segments, you can optionally add embossing to the laminated foil packaging to instantly make the product much more visible on the shelf. Precise VideoJET laser engraving on the inner side helps running promotions and tracking customer interest.
