Alufoil with heat heal lacquer and primer allows for firm adhesion to most plastics and is ready for printing. Manufactured in Class D sterile rooms, our lacquered aluminum foil is free from bacterial contamination making it a perfect choice for both food and medical packaging.
Soft foils are thick and moldable, which allows them to form an arbitrary shape and retain it indefinitely. Hence, the primary use of soft alufoil is the food industry. Hard foils are thinner and are mostly used for medical blister lidding. Both types are 100% safe and demonstrate excellent barrier properties.
While typical storage period for aluminum foil with heat seal lacquer is 6 months, MILK offers the extended guarantee. Parameters of our products remain within the bound of specifications for much longer providing our customers with a convenient time gap to put the ordered alufoil into production. The storage period of 24 months is confirmed by the declaration of conformity.
