The Official Inauguration of the Clean Room

Our company has officially launched a new workshop - a clean room for pharma package printing. The CEO of company Valentin Maslennikov, the Deputy Head of Economic Development Department in Tula Administration Vladimir Korolev and the MPS Systems B.V. representative in Russia Anton Zhukov have cut a red ribbon in the entrance vestibule that leads to an accommodation operating according to special sanitary requirements.

The entrance to the clean room is equipped with an airlock system. Doors are opened in a strict order – you can’t open the next door until the previous one is closed. After the main part of the ceremony, guests leave the entrance vestibule and move to the gowning unit. Access to the clean room is restricted to those wearing a full protective kit such as coveralls, hoods, boots, and face masks. In this workshop, blister foil will be printed and packaged under lowered microbiological and physical contamination risks. Our clean room has been already validated by the GOST (the All-Union State Standard), qualifications DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ. It’s Russia’s first accommodation of this kind designed in line with the GMP standards.

- According to the 2020 program, a lot of world leading pharma concerns have opened their subsidiaries in Russia, - Valentin Maslennikov told about the company’s development plans. – Earlier they used to order packaging from Europe. Our aim is to show the business community that we have adopted the international standards. Take for example the high-technology defense plants our region has been always known for – this is a tradition, and I’m proud of the fact that we are taking other region industries to a whole new level.

The clean room is equipped with an MPS machine. The Dutch MPS Systems bv company – is one of the world’s leaders in producing printing machines. Representatives of the State Administration acknowledged the high level of preparing the new production.
