Learning internal audit

The world’s leading certifier - SGS hold a training seminar for another group of employees at the Packaging Factory MILK. Experts from SGS detailed the process of internal auditing under ISO 9001:2015

- We control the fulfilment of the quality management requirements implemented in the company on the monthly basis, - told the Quality Manager Tatyana Budkina. – We check one department at minimum. Previously, we hired a third party to carry out this audit. In the course of learning we could study real examples and see how to interpret the standard’s requirements, namely, how to correctly make a check-list. The seminar was attended by representatives from all the departments. Thus, the company now has an additional group of specialists allowed to conduct an audit according to all the ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

We have had three quality control seminars for the last year – learning ISO, company leadership and internal audits. The next move is further training for two of the company’s specialist up to chief auditors.
