Our new slitter machine

Our production package now includes a new Comexi slitter machine from Spain. Its speed rate is 600 meters per minute. That is more than twice the productivity of our current machines.

Handling this most modern slitter machine is very easy thanks to its sophisticated tools. It is fully automated. Touch panels with several control units display all the information one may need. The security system does not allow anyone to cross the safety area during operation. In case of emergency, the machine will stop immediately safeguarding the life and health of the personnel. 

The new slitter is equipped with rotary and flat blades providing for an almost unlimited cutting material range, which corresponds to our company’s strategy to produce a wide variety of the most modern flexible packaging. In particular, the Comexi machine can cut the thinnest cottage cheese foil - our main objective for the immediate future.
